– 1 oz dry Junmai sake

– 0.75 oz Green tea Cordial and wasabi

– 0.25 oz lime juice

How to make it

Place all ingredients and a large cube of ice in a mixing glass.

Mix with a bar spoon for 20-30 seconds.

Using a colander and sieve, double-strain into an old-fashioned style glass with an ice cube.
